Pretty good week overall, but it’s hard to feel good about progress with the senior project deadline coming so soon. So much work to do, so little time! From the programming side, it’s almost all about bug fixes. Slowly but surely all of the bugs we’ve had are disappearing. Otherwise, the only programming going on at this point is adding or replacing visual changes (like trail effects on the sword).
The art team is scrambling to get as much done in the next two weeks as possible so that they have a buffer before the final to fix any problems or polish a little bit more. The new UI has been designed, and a few new models have been made which should be implemented by next week. We’ve also submitted our final promo materials, which are looking pretty good.
